Precision Manufacturing

We ensure the highest quality and accuracy in component production. With our in-house machining workshop, we maintain full control over the entire process – from material selection to final assembly and installation.

Machine park

Our state-of-the-art HAAS CNC lathes and milling machines allow us to manufacture components with the following dimensions:

  • Milling: up to 1250 x 750 x 550 mm
  • Turning: up to 1200 x 290 mm

Assembly & Testing

Mechanical and electrical assembly takes place at our facility, where we conduct initial testing and machine commissioning. The process also includes technical acceptance by the client, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

On-Site Installation & Final Acceptance

Depending on the client’s preferences, installation and commissioning can be carried out by our specialists or the client’s in-house maintenance team. Final project steps include:

  • Operator training on machine operation,
  • Delivery of full technical documentation,
  • Final performance testing (MQ2).

Warranty & Ongoing Support
